Is it possible to replace 99' Honda Accord LX(F23A4) engine w/ J30A1 engine from 99' Accord V6?

I have 99' Honda Accord LX w/ F23A4 engine that has about 131K miles plus bad transmission. I've tried every possible way to see if there's any cheaper way to fix this transmission. I've tried calling Honda to see if that extended warranty will help me in any way. I've tried the settlement website, but it's not covered. I've tried flushing the fluid twice. But it's definitely transmission problem. Because while flushing the fluid, there were bit of metal shavings attached to the plug.
So I'm trying to replace everything w/ better engine(better power w/ low mileage) w/ rebuilt transmission. Since I'll be swapping engine by myself at home...
my question is, is it possible to upgrade the engine ?
from 4 cylinder engine to v6 engine ?
from F23A4 to J30A1?
and will i need to alter w/ existing chassis during this process?

It is possible just make sure it uses the same mounts.
The chassis itself should remain the same.
And yes your transmission is bad.
I don't know if the transmission will be compatible though.
Just double check these things.
