I'm a bit of a skeptic and when the ol' ex told me he had converted his fleet of service vans to run on water and cut the companies gas bills in half, I had to laugh. Supplemental hydrogen generators increase gas mileage by 50%, yeah right!

Now I have to tell you that my ex-husbands idea of how many service vans make up a fleet and my idea of what three beat up old work trucks actually constitute is not really the point of the story.

He had made the statements with a straight face so I listened to his pitch. He told me that if he showed me how to build a hydrogen generator for under $65 that had the potential to cut my gas bills in half would I consider excusing some of the back child support he owed me.

I figured I wasn't going to see any money from him anyway so I said I'd consider it after I looked over the plans. He said to come by the office and he would give me the plans and show me one of the hydrogen generators he had installed in one of the work trucks.

Gas prices had not gotten out of control at that time but I was still feeling it every time I had to fill up and if there was even a remote possibility that I could increase my gas mileage and save money, I was all ears.

I was kind of shocked when I saw the hydrogen generator he had built and asked him to shoot straight with me, did it really work. I saw it bubbling away and the van was running a lot smoother than I had remembered.

He showed me the gas receipts, which of course could have been fudged, but I figured if he was lying and just trying to buy some more time to get together some money to support his kids then I had only myself to blame for ever marrying the man.

The economy is bad and getting worse and we had one mild winter so I know his heating and air-conditioning business was suffering and although our marriage had not worked out, he had never lied to me and was one hell of a father, so I took the bait.

Glad I went with my gut instinct that he was telling the truth. I built the hydrogen generator over the course of a single weekend and had it installed in no time. It did not require any alterations to the engine or electronics of the car and was really pretty easy to build and install.

I tested it for a few weeks and noticed that my mileage did in fact go up. I was getting maybe 15% or so...a far cry from the 50% the ex had promised but it was still pretty awesome.

I had mentioned this the next time I saw him and he asked if I had addressed the oxygen sensor that our crooked auto-makers, oil companies and government had come up with to ensure we would get really lousy gas mileage and use more heavily taxed and rapidly dwindling oil.

I had actually read about the oxygen sensor in the guide he'd given me and did not believe that the government would allow this blatant dishonesty to ensure they kept generating tax dollars off the gas we bought.

I can assure you that the big three DO NOT have your best interest in mind and that your car uses only about 25-30% of the available energy in a gallon of gas for forward motion. The rest is a complete waste and so much of that expensive gas goes unburned that the government had to mandate the use of expensive catalytic converters to hide the evidence of all that raw fuel being blown out your tail pipe.

I built an inexpensive device to bypass the sensor and my mileage went through the roof. The hydrogen generator that I had built my self for just a few dollars had not only increased gas mileage but my car had more power, was quieter and ran a lot smoother.

Pretty darn cool and I can't believe this has been kept quiet for so long. The hydrogen generator has been around since the early seventies and researchers have been creating HHO gas out of water for almost a hundred years now.

It really does work which is quite surprising because of the simple and affordable design but some of the best ideas are quite simple but have no economical value to develop so you never hear about them. I'm glad the ex stumbled onto this cool supplemental hydrogen generator that truly allows me to run my car on water!

Want to build one yourself? Of course you do! I have a guide at my website that will show you, step by step how to make this hydrogen generator to use water for gas. It's freakin awesome and the tax hungry government can't do anything about it! Go to http://MylaMadson.com/hybrid

Benefits of Having Ductless Mini Split Air Conditioner

Sometimes people want to install central air conditioning in the buildings that weren’t designed with such a possibility in mind. For example, in old houses the walls are very thick and the joists spacing of the floors are quite irregular.
If you have an old house as described you may want to consider installing a ductless air conditioner because of its numerous benefits. The most crucial reason for installing one of these Mini split air conditioners is outstanding energy efficiency. This can be quite easily explained. The common air conditioners that use ducts need to first send cold air down and then drive it up throughout the room space. In ductless air conditioners the unit is placed very high, usually almost near the ceiling. This way, the cold air travels downward throughout the room naturally and doesn’t need any outside interference. As gravity provides such a great possibility to bypass any fans, you will surely notice significant savings on energy.
Often, a Ductless mini split air conditioner has two parts - inside and outside units. The compressor unit is placed outside. Two pipes lead into the building through a wall thus furnishing the interior unit with coolant. Having a ductless air conditioner installed means you can leverage the possibility to have several internal units instead of one. This in its turn means that you can cool down only a couple of rooms in the house depending on your will. For instance, you can choose to condition only living areas during the daytime and leave the units there on, while the bedroom space doesn’t need to have cool air. The same energy saving scheme can be applied for ductless heat pump systems as well.
Since the cold air comes from a unit that is placed near the ceiling the floors won't too cold allowing you enjoy fresh air without freezing your feet. Besides, with the ductless air conditioners the air in the building will become cold much faster than with the central conditioning. It happens because ductless air conditioning systems and ductless heat pumps normally provide much colder/warmer air.
Another advantage of ductless air conditioners is numerous useful attachments such as an air cleaner or the device that allows reduce air humidity keeping the temperature on the same level. There are also devices that move to evenly distribute cooled air in the living space. And of course, if you want to feel warm even in the coolest weather you should definitely install a Ductless heat pump.

OVERHEATING PROBLEM!, cooling fan on "new" VW Beetle 2004 not working please help!!!?

My friend has a VW Beetle 2004 and her cooling fan won't turn on. When you start the engine the overheating light turns on and you hear a beeping noise after only a few minutes and the cooling fan won't rotate. We tried bypassing the wires and tested the fan and the fan works fine so we replaced the thermal fan switch and it still doesn't work. When we replaced the switch some coolant did leak out. My question is do we also have to burp or remove any air pockets from the coolant also? And if we have to do that what is the easiest way? Could air pockets be causing the fans not to activate or could it be the temperature sensor? Also just to let you know the air conditioning in the car also has not worked since this problem. Any help would be appreciated and thank you in advance if you can help.

You don't have a cooling fan problem. The water pump grenaded.

The impeller on the VW water pump is plastic and is notorious for self-destructing which results in coolant not being circulated through the engine and radiator. Since the temperature switch that activates the cooling fan is at the bottom of the radiator - which because of the lack of coolant circulation is likely to be the coolest spot in the system - the engine can be overheating furiously but the fan still thinks the coolant temp is OK and won't kick on.

Replace the timing belt and T-stat along with the pump as long as you are in there, no matter what the miles. They have to come out anyway so you might as well.
