Yes. The Seville is a fine car and should give you at least 100k more miles of reliable service. Especially a car with low miles like that one. Although I might be suspicious of a 9 year old car that only shows 5k mile per year on it.

Get it inspected like you would any used car before you purchase it and maintain it well like you would any used car while you own it and it will be a fine vehicle for as long as you want to drive it.

I have a 2001 Cadillac and it gets 28 mpg on the highway. Don't be fooled by that v8 engine they are very fuel efficient.
