Here are some more information for Buggy Roll Cage:

We all know how much our children love electric ride on toys. They love being able to drive, they love the speed, and they love the independence that comes with this type of toy. The kids Power Wheels have some of the fastest models that you can find.
Kids Power Wheels come in many different sizes and speeds. The models that run the fastest, climb the steepest inclines, and handle the roughest terrains are the 24 volt models. These rides are best for children who are a little older, in particular those who are 5 and older.
24 volt battery operated ride on toys travel at two different speeds, generally 3.5 mph and 7 mph. As parents, we can lock these vehicles into the lower speed if we choose. This is great for those kids who may initially be a little leery of the higher speed. For those little demons who just want to dig in then you can let them fly at the higher speed.
Not only are these kids Power Wheels faster but they're also able to handle a more diverse range of terrains. They're great on grass, gravel, and asphalt. They can better maneuver in wet and muddy conditions. They have more power to handle the inclines. The models with less power can't always make it up those hills so look out because your kids will be all over the place. Take a look at the some of the fastest kids Power Wheels out there:
The Peg Perego Polaris 800
Peg Perego has been around for a long time making very durable and realistic electric ride on toys. The Polaris 800 is a great quad that seats two, holds up to 130 pounds, and will handle all kinds of terrains. Perego's SmartPedal technology reduces jerky stopping and starting.
The Polaris Ranger RZR
Another great Perego product, this ride is really unique in design. It's looks like a combination of a Jeep and a quad combined into one. It's actually called a Sport Recreational Utility Vehicle (SRUV) and sits two kids side by side. This is a really cool ride with its own FM radio and working speedometer.
The Power Wheels Eliminator Dune Buggy
Today's dune buggies can handle much more than a sandy beach and are one of the fastest kids Power Wheels that you'll find. The Eliminator is fast enough to be loads of fun while being safe all at the same time. This buggy travels at speeds up to 10 mph and has a side roll cage and seat belts for safety.
Kids Power Wheels are fun, durable, safe, and entertaining. For a full review of the Power Wheels Eliminator and the Fast Power Wheels, along with many other cool rides, visit my favorite website at http://www.toddlerrideontoys.net.
Something For Everyone In Bristol
For anyone planning a visit to Bristol, take note: you're going to need longer than a day to appreciate all this historic city has to offer. Use car hire Bristol to get around because there is no one definitive place to be recommended.
Spread across this beautiful area of the UK, is some of the most spectacular scenery you will ever encounter. With rolling countryside stretching for miles, interspersed with magnificent churches and historic houses that will transport you to another time altogether, you will need car hire Bristol to take it all in.
For those who like motorsports, Bristol is at the forefront of many motor sports events. Better than sitting on the sofa watching, why not take part. Karting and drag racing are just two of the exciting events you can attend in Bristol.
For those who wish to join in why not attend the Bristol Rally School. For the most exhilarating experience, speed round the track in a Formula ford racing car, Subaru Impreza WRX or an impressive Lotus Elise. Even better, use your own vehicle on a track day, although probably best not to use car hire Bristol vehicles as your insurance may take a hike!
A skid pan is also part of the attraction of Bristol for motorsport fans where you can take driver training to hone your skills. For those who can't make up their minds, try 'Rage Buggy Racing'. This looks like fantastic fun and consists of tearing around in a single seater buggy that looks like a quad bike in a cage. Billed as a cross between karting and rallying, this is another event where you'd be best advised to leave the car hire Bristol vehicle at the sidelines.
For those who want to see the sights but participate in slightly different events to motorsports, use car hire Bristol to transport you to Cheddar Gorge. This will be a far more physical event where you can try your hand at climbing, caving or abseiling.
A great Bristol day out for the kids is the amazing ice rink where Robin Cousins learnt to skate. Ice skating is a brilliant way to burn off that extra energy during the school holidays. And if it's fresh air you want, Bristol is inundated with open spaces and parks for families and couples alike.
For that getaway without the kids, you could always drive your car hire Bristol vehicle and take a tour of the many remarkable golf courses to be enjoyed at your leisure.
The shopping in Bristol is second to none and you will need to set aside a fair bit of time for the essential retail therapy. At least between shops you can easily recuperate at one of the many restaurants or cafes.
For the younger generation, leave your vehicle from car hire Bristol at your hotel and nip into town for some exciting nightlife in vibrant clubs. Living it up socially is something Bristol locals know how to do in style and you will find them very welcoming of visitors.
For Bristol visitors looking for some culture, the theatres, museums and architectural feats are something to behold. This place is so full of history, you'll want to stay forever.
Without a doubt, there is something for everyone in Bristol, regardless of age, sex or abilities.

would this dune buggy/ sand rail/ go kart be street legal?
I am trying to make a street legal go kart, but i don't know the requirements. It will have heavy duty roll cage, headlights low and high beams, tail lights, brake lights, blinkers, 5 point harness, large disc brakes (unknown if hydraulic or not), and a 1991 water cooled seadoo engine, 580cc with 60hp. so would this be able to make legalable?
You are going to have to contact your local DMV for the rules on making a vehicle title-able.
Most people start with a vehicle that is already titled. Hence the popularity of VW Beetles as dune buggies. The frame and engine numbers match the title. Then you just have to follow the rules of the road - lights, seat belts, etc.
You are essentially manufacturing a motor vehicle. While that is possible, you are going to have to jump through some hoops down at the DMV to get a title and registration.
