Settings for a D16 crower adjustable cam gear?

A 94 Honda Civic Ex with the D16 sohc. Ok I have a crower cam gear I'm looking to put in, I want to advance timing but I'm not really sure what a good setting would be, how many degrees. It has a short ram intake and a full exhaust, headers, high flow cat and cat back. Thanks for your imput

DO NOT exceed more than 4 degrees. You are not going to notice much though. i have owned 6 civics and advanced the timing on them all with adjustable cam gears and i have noticed it on 1 of them that was my 92 Si hatch. Good luck
