Do i have to remove the studs that the rockers blot on to in order to take the head of?
I took my intake off and all my rockers and push rods and all the bolt in the head but the ones that the rockers bolt on to. Do i have to take those studs out in order to remove my head.

Nope, the head should come off without taking those off. Be sure that you are keeping track of where each one goes! I usually use a shoebox and poke holes in it for all the pushrods and label the holes. Do the same with the bolts as well! It will help when you go to torque them back down to get the right measurements.
Make sure you don't damage the head or the block mating surfaces when you pry the heads off! I usually leave an alternator or water pump bolt in the head to use as leverage so I don't damage the mating surfaces.
