small block chevy..if my crank is slightly worn would it be ok to just use oversized bearings?
rod and main...got a pretty loud knock and hard to start...kinda dont turn over good or bucks.....need fast answer

You'll have to get the crankshaft ground to use over sized bearings. If you can hear knocking it'll need grinding. Any good automotive machine shop can provide the service. If you do choose to get it ground don't go over .010 otherwise you'll have problems down line with them heating up on account the over sized bearing are too thick to displace heat properly.
Proper clearance for rod and main bearings is like .002 anything larger means poor oil pressure, knocking like you've got and the risk of throwing a rod and ruining the block. You can't just slap the thing together and expect it to work.
EDIT: If you're in a hurry you can buy a crankshaft kit which is a reground crankshaft complete with oversized bearings. Might be a good idea to get the rods resized too. A good machine shop can probably do the whole job for under 300 dollars.
