i have small problem
but i have problem with my project
i use CsGL and TabletPC API
to make application for touch screen PC
i want to apply filters on ink collector not on image
my project to enable the user to draw using oil color
and i want to apply filter of oil color to the stroke
he draw , that is mean when he draw he see the effect
of oil color
so can any one help me to make that

Oil colours do not produce any effect when drawn on a sheet.
You must mean water colours.
