Here are some more information for Flywheel Bolts Kit:

Keeping your spin bikes up and running smoothly requires a daily, weekly and monthly maintenance schedule. This will help save time, money and will help keep your spin bikes running at optimal performance resulting in happier customers for your facility.
Tools and supplies needed:
Tool kit with various wrenches, sockets and screw drivers.
Equipment polish
Chain degreaser
Lubricants such as silicon spray and chain wax
Daily Maintenance:
Once spin bike classes are finished this is an optimal time to wipe all the equipment down. Sweat is very corrosive and may cause long-term trouble for parts replacement later in the month. Wipe down the seats, frames and handlebars to remove excess sweat from these areas. Pay special attention to the seat post, handle bar post and chain guard. Next, get on the bike, engage the drive train, and pay attention to any vibrations felt through the pedals. If vibrations are felt, you may need to tighten the pedals, bottom bracket, or adjust the drive chain tension. Lastly, you should torque the pedals. You will need a pedal wrench. Tighten the pedals until they are secure.
Weekly Maintenance:
Weekly maintenance requires tightening down hardware and inspecting various moving parts. Inspect the pull pin frame fittings making sure the fittings are snug. Loose frame fittings over time may strip out the threads causing sever damage. Second, clean and lubricate the pull pin assemblies by pulling on the pin spray a small amount of lubricant onto the shaft. Third, torque the seat hardware making sure the seat is level and centered. Fourth, brush and treat the resistance pads. Remove any foreign material that may have collected on the pads and spray the pads with a silicon lubricant. This helps in reducing noise caused from friction between the pads and the flywheel. Finally, visually inspect the bottom bracket, top clips and toe straps. If any of these items are loose or disconnected re-attach and re-tighten.
Monthly Maintenance:
Monthly maintenance is a time for re-lubricating most moving parts and a basic hardware check. First, recheck all hardware such as water bottle holders, flywheel nuts, chain guard bolts, brake caliper lock nuts and brake caliper tension rod nuts are secure. Second, lubricate the drive chain. This is accomplished by using the red straw on the chain wax can and looking for a small hole towards the back of the chain guard on the top side. Rotate the crank slowly while lubricating the drive chain. This will help to distribute the lubricant more effectively. Third, clean and lubricate the brake tension rod while inspecting for signs of wear such as missing threads. Finally, clean and lubricate the seat post, handle bar post and seat slider removing any build up of foreign material at the point of insertion.
In summary, this is only general information about maintenance items that should be performed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. A qualified technician should perform any maintenance procedures. Always check your manufacturer's recommendations and maintenance materials before performing any work on the equipment.

Enjoy Performance at Its Best With Gm Suspension Bushings and Clutch Kit
GM quality car parts are the ones that make up every GM vehicle. With such important functions to perform, it is a must to keep them properly maintained.
GM suspension bushings are basically used to connect the various moving arms and pivot points to the chassis and other parts of the suspension. These can be found in many locations on the suspension system. These bushings often take the form of an annular cylinder of flexible material inside a metallic casing or outer tube. They might also feature an internal crush tube which protects the bushing from being crushed by the fixings which hold it on to a threaded spigot.
GM suspension bushings can be made from different materials such as natural rubber and urethane compound. Natural rubber is specially with high tensile strength and excellent stability at low temperatures. Natural rubber suspension bushings require no lubrication, isolates minor vibration, reduces transmitted road shock and operates noise free. Polyurethane or Urethane suspension bushings, however, increase the performance handling characteristics of the vehicle since urethane is a firmer material then rubber. Polyurethane can be as soft as a rubber band or as hard as plastic. GM suspension bushings should be replaced if they are cracked, elongated, oil saturated, or worn. Looseness, cracks and off set bolts are the most common signs of bushings in need of replacement.
Equally important as keeping a vehicle's suspension at its best is giving the best maintenance for the the vehicle's manual transmission. And the best GM part to do just that is the GM clutch kit. The GM clutch is a subcomponent of the manual transmission system. Its function is to engage and disengage the engine to the gearbox and transfer torque to the vehicle's transmission in split-seconds.
A GM clutch kit is composed of a clutch disc or a clutch friction disc and clutch pressure plate. Some clutch kits however already have pilot bushings or pilot bearings included. The pressure plate is consist of a clutch plate, springs, cover and release fingers. There are two types of pressure plates namely the diaphragm-type and the spring-type. The clutch disc is a metal disc that directs the flow of power between the engine and the transmission along with the pressure plate and the flywheel. Regular clutch discs are lined with asbestos which is the same material that is used in brake shoes and pads to achieve friction. A clutch with better materials used for friction and stronger springs to go with it can give faster and harder launches, quicker shifts, and much better durability. A GM clutch kit basically has the components needed to restore clutch performance. With a complete GM clutch kit, all damaged components can be replaced all at once so that they can function and fit well together.

i have a 97 eclipse gsx now i bought a fwd 6bolt motor now the flywheel isnt comptable would my clutch work ??
i know that i have to put a 6bolt awd flywheel but i know the fwd and the awd flywheels have different sizes now is it possible to fit a act 2600 clutch kit that came off an 97 gst (fwd) will it bolt up or is there a difference between them? plus will i need to change starter bracket and is the fwd starter compatable with the awd starters. please speficy becasue i read alot on the forms but my frind said it wouldnt work? and everyone on the forms said it would work very confused i need someone that has done this before to answer this question.
THANKS!!
The clutch kit will work for either GST or GSX, 1G or 2G. The difference in the flywheel is the outer ring teeth gear. A GSX has a smaller (in diameter) flywheel, this keeps the starter from being able to engage if you are using the wrong flywheel. It has been awhile since I've had to deal with this, but I believe that I remember it correctly.
If you are on dsmtuners.com and they say it will work...then believe them. They are a very knowledgeable DSM community.
Plus ( i just checked this to verify) if you go to a DSM vendor's website and look at the clutch kits, there is no option for 1G or 2G or GSX or GST. One kit fits all of the 4G63 DSM variants.
