How do I jack up a small house thats gutted, and set on new cement slab?

I bought a old house that measures around 27' wide and 24 ' deep. The walls were rotten at the bottom, the bottom plate was gone. I braced the walls outside. I removed all the flooring and joists. I now have a dirt floor. The main problem is water, The foundation is sitting on 1 block foundation on the ground. I am going to put the house on a slab 12" above the ground. I do have the house supported and not sure after I get the plumbing and slab done how to raise the house 12" and re-stud it? Any ideas?

well from the sound of it you need to start over if the bottom plate is rotton you need to start over if there is any rot in the wood it will fail when you try to jack it up if it is a striped as you say you might be able to brace each wall and replace the rotten wood as long as you brace the holy crap out of it and have a lifting support to hold the wall in place from fixed poshion untell you can place the walls/roof weight onto a stable fame
you need to do that first but i would suggest starting over or there will be a lot of problems
