Rear Main Oil Seal, 2000 Chrysler T&C?

First, I know that this repair is expensive. The Transaxle has to come out. "it cost a lot" is a bad answer.{;~)
Ok, this van has 145,000 miles. 3.8l V6. All of a sudden, 4 days ago, it just started dripping oil all over the place. Near as I can tell its either the Rear Main Oil Seal or a real bad Oil Pan Gasket.

Has anyone paid to replace or known someone who has repaired a Rear Main Oil Seal? How much does it cost, roughly?

Checked the valve covers, though they are old, thats not it. And its not the oil filter or Pressure sensor. I have heard of them leaking before.
I will check the pan bolts later today.

5.5 hour job

look for the intake leaking
look for the highest leak on the car fix that first
also check to see that the pvc system isnt pluged up
