After buying the P90X program to review it... I decided to try their bands, so I purchased a set of the exercise bands they offer.

It comes with 10 bands plus 3 sets of handles.

It costs about $80 bucks and then you must spend another $10 to get the door attachment with a safety strap. So it ran me about $90 bucks for the bands

Handles:

The 10 resistance bands set came with 3 handles. You can easily remove the elastic bands and replace it with another quite easily.

One thing I didn't like is that it doesn't allow you to attach more than one band to the handle unlike the Bodylastics or Golds Gym resistance bands. So you have to have a few bands of different resistances in order to get a decent workout.

I pierced my lip... I have some questions?

My dad got me a lip/nose piercing kit from a place around here, and don't worry, I used a hollow needle. I pierced myself yesterday. But anyways, I bought these 14g lip rings/studs and the thing is, my lip is pierced at 16g. I don't have ANY money to get 16g rings/studs so I need to use the ones I have. I'm waiting until my lip is healed, to try to get a 14g in. What's the best way to do this? Also, what are some kinds of cleaning solutions I can use? I already know not to use alcohol and peroxide, that only drys it out.
*Don't give me ANY lectures about how stupid it was to pierce my own lip, and it's already done and I am not taking it out.*
