Here are some more information for Oil Pan Bolts:

Do I have a big thing for omelettes? Yes I do! But it's not just because of the taste. Let's take a closer look.
Free-range, organic, whole eggs are one of my favorite fat burning foods; delicious, filling, nutritional powerhouses and promote a fat burning hormonal response.
Not to mention the fact that they are extremely versatile, they go well with just about anything (even Tuna, I'm not kidding, just try it) and quick and easy to prepare.
This recipe is slightly different from the Fat Burning Breakfast Omelette because I'm going all veggie.
It is key to use whole eggs, and not just the whites. By doing so you'll be getting a balanced hit of amino acids, making the protein in the egg easier to break down and use in your body. This is not the case if you only go for egg whites.
Ingredients & Preparation
In this particular recipe I've used tomatoes, red pepper and white onion - all fresh and organic of course! But like I said before, you can pretty much be as versatile as you like with your ingredients.
I like to get the preparation done first, so chop up the veg and then prepare the omelette 'mix'.
For the base of the mix I use some unpasteurized and unhomogenized raw milk. How much you use depends on your taste, and the consistency you're after. Then I add 3 whole, free-range eggs and a little sea salt and ground black pepper as seasoning.
Just a little note on salt. I try to stay clear of as many processed foods as I can, so my salt intake is pretty low. Adding rock or sea salt to your meals is completely safe and healthy as long as you use it sparingly. Oh, and the taste is a big positive too.
How To Cook Your Omelette
Now it is time to soften up your pepper and onion. So heat a little oil in a pan and toss them in. Your choice of cooking oil is very important. I always use extra virgin, organic cooking oil because it the most stable oil under heat (the fats do not become toxic when heated), and it is very good for you. Just make sure you stay clear of the hydrogenated vegetable oils won't you.
Once your vegetable have softened up you can go ahead and pour in the omelette mix and chopped tomatoes. I like to cook on a medium to low heat so the underside doesn't burn.
Cooking tip: Try moving the pan around on the heat to make sure you get a more even cook. I'll often cook it about half way and then put it under the grill to finish off and brown the top.
Cook until the omelette is firm, but not too dry and turn it out onto your plate. Some people like to fold it, but I just serve it up flat to make things easier.
Make It Your Own!
Depending on your mood you can add pretty much any ingredient to your omelette, and almost any side garnish too. If you throw in an extra couple of eggs then you can even serve it up in two stages, meaning you only need to cook once!
But let us not forget that the ingredients you use, the side garnish and the cooking oil used will determine whether this meal is a healthy and fat burning one.
If your preference is cooking with vegetable oil and serving with fries and ketchup then your in for a fat storing meal rather than a fat burning one.
If you liked this belly fat busting meal then why not check out the original fat burning breakfast omelette article for another variation. You can also learn more about fat burning foods over at my blog.
How To Change Car Oil And Car Oil Filter?
Caution: Do not change the car oil at hot engine as the oil can burn you.
Things Required
- Open end wrench
- Oil catch/recycle container
- Oil filter wrench
- New oil filter
- New Oil
- Funnel
- Clean rag
Steps to Change the Car Oil
Draining Old Oil
First step in changing the car oil is draining old oil. The old oil will drain out of the oil pan that is present at the bottom of the car engine. The bottom of the oil pan has the plug like that of bolt. Now place an oil drain underneath the oil pan before removing the plug. After replugging also drop the plug and it will be retained on the top of the recycling container with the help of screen on it. After all the oil has been drained out replace the plug.
Removal of Old Car Oil Filter
Take the oil filter wrench to turn the car oil filter counterclockwise for freeing it. The old oil filter will have the old oil so be careful and do not hurry up as you will end up in mess.
Placing The New Oil Filter
Take some new oil and lubricate the rubber gasket of new car oil filter with this before screwing it to your car. The gasket is at the end of the filter. After this fill 2/3 of its body with new oil if it is to be placed from the bottom of the car in a straight up position. These steps must be followed before installing the new oil filter on car.
Now very carefully screw the oil filter on the car with your hand. Be cautious as it has oil in it. Do not over tight it as it may leak and also never under screw it as it may drop.
Fill Engine with Engine Oil
Now is the time to fill engine with new engine oil. To do this unscrew the oil fill cap and insert the funnel. Read the manual to know how much oil can be poured into the engine. Pour it with 3/4th of that amount. After filling the engine oil check the level of the engine oil. Maintain the required level and recap the fill cap.

How do I remove the two difficult bolts from a Jetta's oil pan?
Please inform me of the process and the proper tools needed to preform this task on a 2001 VW Jetta.
Thomas had some good input -
If possible use a closed ended wrench - best! and a hammer.
You can wrap paper around your wrench and tape it on - if you are meticulous about keeping your wrenches looking good.
Hit the handle of the closed end wrench with a hammer being careful not to hit too hard except on very large strong bolts.
Hit in a counterclockwise motion at first - if the bolts do not loosen - hit some in a clockwise direction as well.
Your object is to loosen the rust - the vibration of the sharp hitting will work on the rust in order to loosen it.
If the bolts are still being stubborn - use a product like Liquid Wrench - to loosen the rust. Liquid Wrench
(or equivalent product. I have used Liquid Wrench and have had good results with it).
Just apply some Liquid Wrench - spray on - and let sit for several minutes. Continue with the hammer and closed (box ended) wrench being careful of hitting too hard depending on bolt size.
Additional Info:
A ratchet wrench would soften the blows and may damage the ratchet) - you could use a brake over wrench if you have one with the correct size socket.
Brakeover wrench uses sockets but does not ratchet - you have to flip the handle over, or remove the wrench in order to continue turning a nut or bolt.
Patchwork: Abundance brings new lessons from the garden
This early season seems extreme at our place, on the edge, with wild swings of weather and animal surprises: Orioles and bobolinks are absent, bees elusive, bats … gone. This morning an unusually large and noisy flock of crows fills the sky.
